The countdown to welcome 2010 is going to be a very fun-filled one with a number of excitements. There are going to be star studded concerts, fireworks and many different activities to make this New Year’s Eve enjoyable.
The Revellers can go to Dataran Merdeka on New Year’s Eve where they can witness a line up of local artists performing from 8.45pm onwards, artists such as Ella, Amy Search, and the bands Bunkface and Hujan will spread their magic.
This concert will be convoyed and made livelier by City Hall’s 40 member orchestra and multi-cultural dance troupe and by traditional shows from a number of ethnic groups. For those who love adventure can make a beeline to KL Tower where 10 home base jumpers will jump for celebrating the passing year.
Many important places including the LRT, KL Monorail and RapidKL will remain open and their routes will be extended especially for New Year’s Eve. There will also be amazing fireworks at various places in KL for the viewers to celebrate this event as one of the best ones.
